Financial Literacy – This will help anyone understand how to make effective decisions regarding financial matters. If all young people are aware of this, we can make the most out of our resources.
Health is Wealth – this universal proverb means that our well-being is a resource that we must also use wisely. Being free from any sickness is already wealth.
Mindset – The FIRST step in achieving your dreams is changing your mindset. We have to unlearn then relearn and challenge everything!
Entrepreneurship – The power of Entrepreneurship can change the direction of a person’s life! There are only 3 ways to create financial wealth (1. Financial Markets 2. Real Estate 3. Businesses) and building businesses as an entrepreneur is the only one of those 3 that also creates TIME wealth…..and THAT is true freedom! The key to entrepreneurship is knowing if you are working IN the business, ON the business, or ABOVE the business! If the youth learn the difference between these concepts from early on, then the world is truly theirs to conquer!

I can’t change the minds and lives of our youth with just a single speaking event. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to continually uncovering and sharing vital information that will help people to achieve their dreams.
On all of my social media accounts, I release daily videos about all of the topics that I speak on to ensure that our community has a place to go to for consistent motivation and education that is not readily available elsewhere. I also go live regularly to ensure that anyone can ask questions directly.
This approach has helped many students to feel connected and supported for the long term instead of seeing me as someone who just came and left after a single event.

FINANCIAL LITERACY
Growing up in the Caribbean culture, I was taught things like “Credit is bad”, “Debt is bad”……but by always questioning things and challenging the norm, I uncovered a whole new world that I didn’t know existed. Credit is not bad…..if you use it right! Debt is not bad…….there is good debt & bad debt! The largest companies in the world have billions of dollars cash on hand yet they STILL take out loans! Why? Because they know that using OPM (Other people’s money) is the way the system works.
Even concepts like putting your money in the bank to earn less than 1% interest is only keeping people held down. We have to learn how to make our money work for us and bring in more money.
A wise man once said, “if you aren’t earning money while you sleep, then you are 1 step away from being broke”. My mission is to ensure that the next generation understands the importance of financial literacy and uncovers the secrets that aren’t taught in the school system!
